CATIONIC / OXIDIZED TAPIOCA STARCH
Fish maw are the body parts of common fish such as basa, seabass, peanut, sugar and so on to make nutritious delicacies.
Distarch phosphate is generated by adjusting the strengthening of cross-linking of the molecular structure of starch. Processing method by cross-linking will add strength to the relatively soft starches, until the pappy mix is cooked to become more constant, firm and unbroken as prolonged cooking time, or high acid degree, or shaken violently.
E1412 distarch phosphate also have the appropriate application in the processing of low pH, high temperature and mutilated by machine.
Features and application:
– Used as a thickening agent in the structure of the processed bread, noodles and pasta products.
– Used as a stabilizing agent connection in plastic food thickener.
– Strengthen the soft powder, the dough is cooked to be more comparable.
Distarch phosphate applications in products: all kinds of noodles, vermicelli noodles, marshmallows, ham, meatballs, fish ball, sausage, etc.
Acetylated distarch phosphate E1414 is a double modified starch made by treating starch with phosphorus oxychloride and vinyl acetate, simultaneously exhibiting the advantages of Acetylated Starch and Phosphate Starch.
– CAS No.: 68130-14-3
– H/S code: 3505.10.90.00
* Features and applications:
– Stabilizer: Helps maintains the uniform dispersal of substances in a food.
– Emulsifier: Used as an agent to forms or preserves a mixture of substances normally incapable of being mixed example oil and water
– Thickener: Increases the viscosity of a food.
Acetylated Distarch Phosphate (E1414) is widely used in canned products, chili Sauce, tomato sauce, black sauce, other sauces, etc.
Prepared by treating starch with acetic acid anhydride. The resulting starch is more stable at high temperatures and low pH.
* Properties:
– Compositions: starch acetate and modified tapioca starch with macromolecular hydrophilic groups and low gelatinization temperature.
– The product has high peak and heat viscosity and stable viscosity.
– The paste is transparent, heat-resistant, acid-resistant, and shear force resistant. It is of great elasticity, preferable film-forming ability, stable freezing and thawing property, and stable storage.
Applications: Used in instant noodles, frozen foods, ham, sausage, fish ball…
Modified starch E1422 (acetylated distarch adipate) is widely used in the products of chili sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce, vegetable sauce, canned meat products, canned fish, fish balls, biscuits, pudding, yogurt, cream, etc.
– Acetylated Distarch Adipate E1422 source is a chemically modified and stabilized food starch crosslinked with adipic anhydride and esterified with acetic anhydride.
– Modified starch E1422 is gluten free and can be used as a stabilizer, thickener, binder, emulsifier during food and cosmetic processing
Fish meal is a product made from fish meat, trash fish, whole fish, fish head and fish or other by-products from fish processing.
Fish oil is an oil derived from the tissues of fish containing oil such as salmon, mackerel, sardines, tuna…
Shape: tube
Process: fried with oil or not
KingKat is now a main product of us. This cat litter is made from completely natural materials only.
Tapioca starch is made from the root of the tapioca/cassava plant. It is a versatile starch that thickens and forms strong gels which provide firm but tender texture. Although it can be used as a flour for baking, it is used as a thickener in a variety of industries. Many of these industries include meatball, dairy, bakery and sauces.
Modified Oxidized starch is oxidized from tapioca starch, modified by chemical reactions to reduce
the viscosity of starch as required for each application. This product is widely used in the paper, textile
and other industries as a binder and surface sizing agent. This product complies with the standards of
industrial hygiene and safety of human health.
*Application:
Oxidized starch is used in paper and textile industry mainly in surface treatment process in order to:
• Improve the surface strength, smoothness and stiffness of paper and Fabric.
• Improved printing properties.
• Improve the ability of waterproof paper with adhesive surface quality.
• Improve anti-dusting of paper and fabric surface.
• Good compatibility with most chemicals used in surface sizing solution (Size press).
– Pregelatinized starch is Physically modified starch, it is partially soluble in Cold water.
– Pregelatinized starch is widely used in pharmaceutical because it is bland, odourless and capable of digestion.
– Pregelatinized Starch swell in cold water and therefore reduce time/cost compared with traditional starch paste preparation.
– Pregelatinized starch is widely used as a pharmaceutical aid, especially as a filler-binder.
– Pregelatinized starch greatly endues the compressibility as well as improves the fluidity of the tablets.
– Pregelatinized Starch, having excellent flow properties and bulk density, allow homogenous filling of capsules.
– Pregelatinized food starch used as thickening, texturing and stabilizing agent in cream fillings, canned, sauces, soup mixes, gravies, tomato ketchup, pasty creams, dairy desserts and other food product industries.
Sago seed or tapioca pearl is made from tapioca/cassava starch.
Size: 1mm – 4mm
Color: transparent white
It can be used for dessert, sabudana, etc.
Tapioca starch is a fine white crystalline product extracted from cassava tubers.
