Description:
– Acetylated Distarch Adipate E1422 source is a chemically modified and stabilized food starch crosslinked with adipic anhydride and esterified with acetic anhydride.
– Modified starch E1422 is gluten free and can be used as a stabilizer, thickener, binder, emulsifier during food and cosmetic processing
