DESCRIPTION:
The product was compounded from the polyethylene and cassava starch by extrusion process. After being extruded from the extruder die, the plastic strand was cooled down by air blown system and pelletized in form of circular cylinder. Bio40E blend is bio-based that can be degraded within 2-3 years.
The eco-friendly product properties are nearly the same as of those conventional products from fossil polymers. So, it doesn’t need to change the manufacturing system to produce these products. Besides the product has a competitive price. Can use at high temperatures.
